For people who are good at worrying
and bad at resting.

Depth-oriented therapy for people who've spent a long time holding things together.

Therapy doesn't ask you to fall apart. It offers you a place to meet yourself.

What can look like anxiety or dissociation is often a nervous system that never had the chance to rest. What I offer is therapy that helps you slow down, be seen, and reconnect with yourself. A place where the parts of you that feel messy, confusing, or shameful aren’t judged or pushed away.

What I see again and again is that the things people come to therapy wanting to "fix" are often the very strategies that once helped them survive. Anxiety, numbness, overthinking, people-pleasing—these aren't failures, they're signs of how much you learned to carry on your own. My work integrates trauma-informed care, parts work, and depth-oriented psychotherapy. It's about helping you feel more like yourself: present, connected, and less alone in your inner world.

"If you've spent most of your life holding things together, slowing down can feel like the scariest thing imaginable."
